The following eleven men were all USAF personnal that
had volunteered for Project Heavy Green at Lima 85.
They were the unarmed "civilians" that were mentioned
on the previous page. They were in charge of
operating the radar which swept across the Tonkin
Delta to Hanoi. They were temporarily relieved of
active duty to take jobs with Lockheed Aircraft
Corporation.
These were the men that Donald Westbrook was looking
for when his plane was shot down.
