SGT Michael Lee Wright

Hi Mickey,

Although we never had a chance to meet, I feel as if in some small way that I have met you. I just wanted to talk with you for a minute to let you know how Doc's doing. I'm sure he wouldn't mind us having a little chat. He has told me about your friendship, and how close you two were.
Doc speaks with great love and pride when he talks about how you were such a proud 1st Cav Soldier, and served your country with dignity and honor.
I wanted to thank you for watching his back, and making sure he was ok while you were with him.
I also wanted to let you know that Doc is doing ok these days. In fact, he has asked for my hand in marriage, and I am really looking forward to spending the rest of my days with him. He is really a special man, and my best friend, but then, I guess I don't have to tell you about that, now, do I....
I sure wish you could be around when the time comes, but I know you will be there in spirit, and I know Doc would like that very much.
Well Mickey, I guess I'd better let you go now, and I will come back to visit you again real soon. I will keep you posted on what's going on with Doc, and you can rest easy now, Mickey, and don't worry about him anymore because I will be with him now, and will make sure that he is ok.

God Bless You Mickey
