Vietnam Veterans National Memorial





        Hello, we would like to welcome you to Vietnam Veterans National Memorial web site. Our site has many purposes.
        1) To help generate funding, maybe consider doing a fund raiser by your VFW group or Motorcycle Club Rally or a simple donation from you.
        2) To bring the memorial to those that cannot make the journey due to hardships and if transportation is a problem seek out others that you can car pool with.
        3) To bring the memorial located at Angelfire, NM to the general publics' awareness as a Historical Marker and the VietNam legacy.

        The web site will be changing from time to time to add more not remove what we have. Personal stories and the histories of the memorial will be brought to you from time to time and any updates that revolve around it. By now most of you know that DAV is not funding this GRAND MEMORIAL anymore so we must keep afloat by the help of all of you. This memorial was one man's dream at one time and has emerged into a vision beyond all realms. We are honored that you have come to visit us and we hope you enjoy your visit, I can't say that the memorial does or does not have a healing for you, but in most cases it does. You will gain a piece of the peace at the memorial if you have never visited. Which reminds me of one of Doc Westphall favorite sayings " Now remember, don't forget to tell them about us". Doc is known for many quotes but there are a few that are truely his and written in the legacy of this Memorial to his son David. This being the memorial's introduction page you may now enter the index page and we have tried to group the photos with the appropriate setting and there will be short articles written throughout.



        We are not a traditional reciprocal web site, we are giving ourselves to you in information only. So please do not be offended we are not seeking banner swapping or links. At a later date we are considering a logo, or specific photo should any of you choose to take it and place a link to us. And another area I need to cover now is those whom contribute to this site do not want awards for their work, once again this is not for our glory but to edify Doctor and David Westphall's memorial and if you find it in your heart to give an award please present it to the Memorial, but there will be no linking back to you, sorry but this is a memorial website...
